These sessions provide the time, attention, and guidance to explore your practice at your own pace whether you’re working on specific postures, refining transitions, building strength and mobility, or diving deeper.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to meet your individual goals, body, and energy so you can grow with confidence and intention.

Sessions can take place in your home, online, or a suitable local studio space. You can also share the experience with a partner or friend through small group private classes.
